EARLY CHILDHOOD ASSISTANT COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or Child Development preferred, will consider Associates Degree (must meet licensing criteria)

  • Previous experience in early childhood

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with preschool, before and after school care, and summer care

  • Flexibility/on-call with work hours as needed

  • Ability to analyze problems and affect solutions

  • Demonstrate conflict resolution skills

  • Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong work ethic with previous record of exemplary attendance
