Early Childhood Companion & Educator

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Early Childhood Companion & Educator to provide full-time, one-on-one care and early education for a child. This is a hands-on role for someone who is genuinely passionate about child development — not just childcare, but real learning and growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Guide the child's early learning and language development, helping them acquire basic communication and cognitive skills
Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities and interactive play
Manage the child's daily routine — meals, hygiene, nap time, and overall wellbeing
Prepare healthy, nutritious meals suited to the child's dietary needs
Observe and support the child's developmental milestones, communicating regularly with the family
What We're Looking For
Background in early childhood education, child development, or related field preferred
