Early Childhood Education Coach, EHS - Pediatrics

Description
Under the general direction of the Assistant Director, the
Early Childhood Education Coach provides one-on-one coaching to center-based
teachers to improve the quality of the learning experience in the center
program. This aligns with the program's school readiness goals, curricula, and
other approaches to professional development providing ongoing communication
between the coach, the Assistant Director, Education Services Manager
Assessments, Disability Services Manager, and other managers and coordinators.

Annual Salary Range: $56,200 - $106,200

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree in child development, Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Social Sciences, or related field
+ 2 years of experience in a public or private organization or community development agency providing direct delivery of services to clients.
