GENERAL PURPOSE
To deliver direct care, guidance, and instruction to children at the MAOF Child Care and Development Centers. This includes facilitating activities aimed at promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth that stimulate learning in alignment with the developmental stages of each child.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY:
Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, assumes responsibilities for instructing and supervising groups of children, preparing and following lesson plans, assessing and documenting childrens development, and supervising teachers assistant and volunteer staff assigned.
