Ensure Student Learning & Development
Evaluate and assess student needs to develop appropriate individualised learning objectives and outcomes, and for adopting and adapting instructional strategies and accommodations
Design and create effective instructional plans, learning materials, and learning environments
Facilitate the development of students with engaging, differentiated, evidence-based practices, independently and in team teaching
Pro-actively facilitate and manage the students and learning environment to enhance motivation and behaviour, and opportunities for learning
Provide physically, emotionally and socially-safe relationships and environments for enhancing care and facilitating of learning for the students
