Plan and implement curriculum and programmes
Plan developmentally appropriate teaching, learning and caregiving activities aligned to the relevant curricula frameworks
Design developmentally appropriate learning materials and resources to enhance quality of learning environment
Evaluate documentations of children's learning and development to better inform planning and teaching
Build stakeholder relationships and partnerships
Foster relationships with families to facilitate the continuity of care and learning between home and M.Y World
Manage family and community programmes
Develop M.Y World, family and community initiatives and programmes
Develop outreach activities to promote the M.Y World's programmes and services
Conduct routine caregiving
Review results of routine caregiving assessment
Guide routine caregiving practices in accordance with standards and procedures
