Job Description

Job Family:

Responsible for conducting securities operations. Incumbents may concentrate on a specific aspect of the business (opening accounts in investment funds) or have responsibility across a number of areas.

General:

Responsible for all operations linked to the setup of an account in investment funds for clients and its maintenance.

Provides administrative and operational support to all cooperating teams and departments such as transaction processing, account updates etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling account opening requests instructed by clients in a timely manner. This may also include processing of transactions such as subscriptions, transfers.
  • Answering client and agent inquiries and providing continuous support for FundSettle services.
