Job Description EB Operations Function Analyst - New Issues Acceptance You will be part of the New Issues department, composed of four groups: Acceptance Dedicated Services to Lead Manager, Issuing Agents Securities Information New Issues Distribution
The New Issues Acceptance team is responsible for the admission of financial instruments into the Euroclear System, for both primary and secondary markets. The team handles a wide range of asset classes, including fixed income, equities, warrants, and hybrid instruments. The role involves performing eligibility reviews by applying legal, fiscal, operational, and risk criteria to determine whether securities can be accepted into the Euroclear Securities Database. New Issues Acceptance operates at the very start of the securities lifecycle. Once a security record is created, downstream departments such as Asset Servicing and Collateral Management rely on the quality and accuracy of this work.
