Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
eBay Virtual Assistant
to manage and optimize our eBay store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, customer support, and overall store performance to drive sales growth and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and manage eBay product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Conduct product research and market analysis to identify profitable items
• Handle order processing, tracking, and returns efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor store performance, sales trends, and competitors
• Manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy
