Responsibilities:

• Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing…
• Coordinates and integrates the manufacturing activities of a product segment at a small to medium site
• Optimizes service creation processes in and between the subordinate lines
• Ensures/enables application of quality processes
• Processes of production orders on-time
• Steers continuous improvement of workplace and processes
• Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations
• Ensures HSE compliance on-site

Qualifications:

• Typically academic degree and relevant work experience

• Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise
