AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team provides safety and non-safety data annotation services, search operation services, and customer support for TikTok’s global products, helping the products build a complete and reliable data ecosystem and security system.
Eco Governance, a team under ADSO, is committed to mitigating harmful content on the platform while continuously optimizing user experience. The team focuses on data annotation-related work to support the formulation of online content strategies and the R&D and training of AI / Large Language Models (LLM). As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
