About the team

Our mission is to build a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team provides safety and non-safety data annotation services, search operation services, and customer support for Tiktok’s global products, helping the products build a complete and reliable data ecosystem and security system. Eco Governance, a team under ADSO, is committed to mitigating harmful content on the platform while continuously optimizing user experience. The team focuses on data annotation-related work to support the formulation of online content strategies and the R&D and training of AI / Large Language Models (LLM).
