About the Team Eco-Operations, one of the essential pillars of ADSEO, plays a significant role in TikTok's content understanding system by focusing on content categorization across both video and account dimensions. This work supports intelligent recommendation algorithms aimed at enhancing content ecosystem diversification across various TikTok products. The team is vital in conducting audits, identifying errors, and swiftly addressing them to BPO sites, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality content within the ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Monitor end-to-end project operations through data analysis and root cause analysis (RCA), and produce performance reports to support global alignment. Key responsibilities include quality assurance (QA), training, and calibration with BPO partners, as well as managing ad-hoc requests from the Project Point of Contact (POC). All labelers are BPO-sourced.
