Ecom Operations and Merchandising LEAD

The Ecommerce Operations and Merchandising Manager is the execution owner of the ecommerce storefront. This role ensures the site runs cleanly, launches flawlessly, and merchandises products in a way that supports revenue growth. This is a hands-on, detail obsessed operator role, not a strategy or people management position.

• Marketplace and other ecommerce wholesale portals

Daily ecommerce operations across Shopify Merchandising execution across homepage, collections, PDPs Product launches and promotions Marketplace and TikTok Shop catalog accuracy QA, site hygiene, and issue resolution
