• Ensure accurate stock quantities on online stores, aligning warehouse inventory with system records.
• Prepare essential documents, DO, invoice and etc.
• Handled customer inquiries across multiple channels: platform (eg Tik Tok, Shopee) and social media chats
• Manage customer return & refund, and complaints.
• Created details product description for new items.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any profession (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Can write Bahasa Melayu , English fluently.
• Computer literate ( Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc)
• Comfortable with maths
• Preferable experienced candidates with similar working experience before.
