Job Purpose

• The Hill’s eCommerce Business Account Manager (BAM) is primarily responsible for Amazon and Chewy accounts, building profitable net sales, market share, share of digital shelf, and distribution for customers in their area of responsibility.
• As the primary contact, the eCommerce BAM implements Hill’s RE & brand strategies to accelerate growth and market share while monitoring the 6P+A (Price, Promotion, Distribution & Visibility of our Products, POP Content, Ratings & Reviews, and Availability) performance with eCommerce customers to improve the online customer experience.
