Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional email and phone support to customers
• Address customer concerns, inquiries, and issues accurately and efficiently
• Maintain clear and documented communication in internal systems
• Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure proper coverage and service levels

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, rotating schedule
• Open during US holidays
