Ecommerce Dispatch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Order Dispatch & Fulfillment:

• Manage daily e-commerce order dispatch operations across all shifts.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders within SLA timelines.
• Monitor order status from confirmation to delivery completion.

Team Management:

• Supervise and allocate tasks to dispatchers, packers, and riders.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and control overtime.
• Train staff on SOPs, order handling, and system usage.

Logistics & Rider Coordination:

• Coordinate with in-house riders and third-party delivery partners.
• Optimize delivery routes for time and cost efficiency.
• Handle rider issues, delays, and emergency dispatch situations.

System & Reporting:

• Ensure correct order updates in OMS / POS / delivery apps.
• Generate daily dispatch, delay, cancellation, and return reports.
