eCommerce Email Designer

Role Summary

Design high-converting lifecycle emails for eCommerce brands. This is not campaign fluff or brand mood boards. Work is performance design tied to revenue, segmentation, and flow logic.

What You Will Do

• Design emails for core Klaviyo flows
• Build design systems that scale across 15–25 email flow systems per brand
• Design in Figma with auto-layout and component libraries
• Optimize for mobile first, fast scanning, and conversion
• Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to translate intent into layout
• Iterate based on performance feedback, not subjective taste

What You Will Not Do

• No social posts
• No websites
• No brand decks
• No speculative design

Requirements

• Proven eCommerce email design experience
• Strong Figma skills (components, auto-layout, versioning)
