Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop (product uploads, price/stock updates).
• Support basic ad campaign monitoring (Shopee Ads / Lazada Ads / TikTok Ads) – check budget and performance.
• Help organize and prepare sales/ad reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Track promotions, campaign performance, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with customer service and logistics.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies, E-Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the e‑commerce industry.
• Experience operating on one or more e‑commerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, ...
