Position Summary
We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our eCommerce acquisition and conversion engine. This is not a strategy-only role—you will plan, launch, optimize, and measure campaigns across SEM, SEO, CRO, paid social, and product page creation.
What You'll Do
Own full-funnel performance marketing across Google Ads (SEM), SEO, CRO, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads.
Audit, design, and optimize landing pages + product pages to maximize conversion and revenue per visitor
Run structured A/B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses, controls, and measurable lifts
