Simon James is seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Lead to drive the performance, optimisation and growth of our online store and digital customer experience. Supporting the Marketing Manager, this role sits at the intersection of brand, customer experience and commercial performance, and is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-performing online brand experience that supports sales growth and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic and analytical mindset, alongside visual and technical expertise. Proven experience with Shopify is essential, plus Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Meta. You will use data and insights to identify opportunities, improve campaign performance, streamline ecommerce operations, and ensure the online store is performing at its full potential.
