eCommerce - Logistic/Fulfillment Manager

Sola Wood Flowers is looking to bring on an eCommerce Logistic/Fulfillment Manager at our Monterrey, Mexico operation.

In this seat, you'll help drive the daily rhythm of our online order pipeline — picking, packing, and shipping — making sure each customer order moves out the door correctly and on time. You'll work side‑by‑side with our operations leadership to keep fulfillment running smoothly while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse floor.

We're flexible on years of experience. Whether you've got 2 years of solid hands‑on time or 5+ years of broader exposure, we're interested. A track record in eCommerce fulfillment, warehousing, or light manufacturing is a plus, though not a hard requirement. What we're really screening for is grit, ownership, and a strong cultural match.
