Role Overview

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to manage and improve our end-to-end online selling operations. This role is best suited for someone who has worked inside a consumer brand and understands how to run daily e-commerce operations at scale — from order flow to fulfillment and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce order operations across online sales channels
• Manage Live selling operations, including coordination with live sellers and support teams
• Ensure accurate order processing, packing, and delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with suppliers
