Overview

AlgaeCal is searching for a top-tier Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team and propel our revenue growth to new heights. This role is for an ecommerce-focused individual who can optimize websites, reduce friction, and drive conversions across the full customer journey.

We are an eCommerce company and we expect you to have extensive ecommerce experience and a passion for digital marketing.

What you’ll do

• Optimize site pages and UX to improve conversion rates and reduce friction.
• Analyze heatmaps, scroll depth, site speed, and other data to identify opportunities and implement fixes.
• Build and optimize high-performance funnels across paid, email, and other channels.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys from ad impression to post-purchase experience.
