Job Brief

We are seeking a results-oriented Ecommerce Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist with a heavy agency background to drive aggressive customer acquisition and conversion. This role is built for a performance-minded marketer who possesses a sophisticated design-for-conversion eye. You will be responsible for managing paid media budgets and organic social strategies, with a relentless focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). A primary focus of this role is the hands-on creation of high-converting visual assets; you will take raw creative concepts and transform them into polished imagery and video for both paid and organic channels to ensure a high ROAS for our Australian agency clients.
