eCommerce Operations Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track daily project operations, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Manage submission timelines, consolidate inputs, and follow up with stakeholders for on time completion.
• Update and maintain project performance data, dashboards, and documentation.
• Support cross-functional communication and ensure information flows smoothly between teams.
• Assist in preparing weekly progress reports and project status updates.
• Provide general operational support for special initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
• At least have experiences around 2 to 5 years in market research and business analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience with eCommerce Industry
• Familiar with eCommerce in Malaysia
