About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Ecommerce Shop Assistant to join our thriving TIK TOK TRADING SDN BHD' team in Melaka Tengah Melaka. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and supporting the overall operations of our online retail business.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat
2. Processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
3. Assisting with inventory management and stock control
