Nearshorers is building elite remote teams for high-growth DTC brands. We're hiring an Ecommerce Specialist to help run the day-to-day engine of a major DTC operation based in Miami and keep it humming while pushing performance forward.

Core responsibilities

• Monitor
  site performance
  (speed, UX friction, conversion, checkout, errors) and prioritize fixes.
• Analyze
  sales data
  (AOV, CVR, CAC/ROAS inputs, product performance, cohorts) and turn it into actions.
