Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, bilingual eCommerce Specialist based in Colombia to manage and optimize our online sales channels. This role focuses on driving growth through catalog management, marketplace SEO, and operational excellence across platforms like Amazon and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Management: Maintain and optimize product listings on Amazon (Seller Central) and Shopify, ensuring 100% accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and imagery.
• SEO & Discoverability: Conduct keyword research (using tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout) to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates.
• Inventory & Fulfillment: Coordinate with logistics teams to monitor stock levels, manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments, and prevent stockouts.
