We are looking to hire two people for our team, an E-Commerce Operations Executive and a Graphic Designer. Below is the JD for the Ecommerce role, as discussed.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, nykaa, myntra and Quick Commerce platforms Instamart, blinkit & Zomato. Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords (SEO-optimized) Monitor listing health, resolve suppressed/inactive listings, and maintain Buy Box performance

Shipment & Order Fulfillment

Manage end-to-end FBA operations order processing, packaging coordination, and dispatch Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and returns management Track and resolve shipment exceptions and delivery issues

Purchase Order (PO) Management

Raise and track Purchase Orders for FBA/Quick Commerce replenishments Coordinate with the supply chain/vendor team to ens...
