E-Commerce Specialist (Amazon & Shopify DTC)
fiid is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Specialist to own and drive performance across Amazon (UK & Ireland) and our DTC Shopify store, with scope to support future expansion across Europe.
This role is focused on the numbers, optimising listings, improving conversion, tracking performance, and turning traffic into sales. You'll ensure our e-commerce channels are technically sound, commercially sharp, and consistently moving toward revenue targets.
You'll work closely with the Marketing & Creative Lead, who owns brand and creative direction. Your focus is on performance, conversion, and scale.

Amazon & Marketplace Performance
- Own day-to-day performance of Amazon (UK & Ireland) and Shopify
