Job Description
The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing the company's online sales channels while ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. This role oversees day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and website content. The specialist monitors site performance, analyzes sales and traffic data, and uses insights to improve conversion rates, merchandising strategies, and overall platform effectiveness.
This position works cross-functionally with marketing, operations, design, and customer service teams to execute digital campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
