Ecommerce Store Management Specialist

The Ecommerce Store Management Specialist will lead the Store and Seller Center maintenance, including product and promotions set-up, store health monitoring, and support for all marketing and commercial activities implemented in the seller centers. ​

The Store Associate will also implement online merchandising and product page optimization for all stores managed by XPI. The role will also oversee the enrollment and maintenance of all Shopify products and promotions in the webstore, similar to her function in the Seller Centers. The Store Associate is also expected to be the Anchanto OMS navigation and functionality expert.​
​
The Store Associate will also coordinate and align regularly with the Commercial and Finance Teams to maintain all Netsuite and Seller Center pricing and promotions. She will also monitor and oversee all Customer Service activities of Acquire and will act as PIC between Operations and Customer
Service.​
