We are seeking an Ecommerce Strategist with a growth mindset to join our high-performing team. As a key representative for Roadmap, you will own the complete customer experience from onboarding through long-term success, ensuring our clients maximise value from our retention Shopify app suite. You will work alongside a team of specialists committed to excellence and will ensure that Roadmap is represented to the highest professional standards in all customer interactions.

About the role

The Ecommerce Strategist owns the entire customer journey for Roadmap clients. You are the client-facing representative responsible for strategic implementation, custom configurations, ongoing relationship management, support, and retention. This role requires you to think strategically about each client's needs across loyalty, subscriptions, reviews, and our B2B features while executing hands‑on technical implementations.
