What You'll Be Doing

• Chatting with customers via phone, email, and chat (yes, you'll need to be comfy with all three)
• Answering questions about our products, prices, and what's in stock
• Teaming up with other departments to make sure our customers get what they need
• Keeping things organized with some light data entry on different platforms

You're a Good Fit If You:

• Have 1–3 years of work experience in a similar role (or if you're a fast learner who's ready to grow, we're open to that too )
• Can speak and write fluently in
  Mandarin
  and
  English
• Are organized, great at multitasking, and know how to prioritize like a pro <...
