At Rettain, we run retention for top U.S. eCommerce brands. That only works when the systems behind Shopify + Klaviyo + subscription + loyalty are clean, connected, and reliable.

We're looking for an IT-minded Klaviyo Specialist / eCommerce Systems Expert who knows eCommerce apps in depth and can own the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that makes retention perform.

This role is not copywriting or strategy. It's systems, setup, troubleshooting, and making sure everything works. Always.
