eCommerce Technical Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst (BA) collaborates with eCommerce business stakeholders across SEAO markets and the offshore delivery team in India. Taking ownership of requirements and demonstrating strong initiative to ensure clear documentation, effective coordination & communication, as well as timely delivery of continuous platform enhancements.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
Document initial assumptions and refine them through discussions with clients.
Conduct fit-gap analysis against existing system capabilities to identify enhancement needs.
Facilitate follow-up sessions to review fit-gap outcomes and help prioritize feature requests.
Finalize and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
Drive requirement sign-off and maintain traceability of agreed changes.
Coordinate localization needs or market-specific variations where applicable.
