eCommerce Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Be a subject-matter expert for the SEAO platform team and act as a technical consultant for RHQ and subsidiaries, including:
  • Day-to-day operations
  • Enhancement requirement gathering
  • Translate business requirements into a functional document for enhancements
  • Vet through all technical documents to ensure they match the business requirements
• Support SEAO’s initiatives by executing related to eStore (Web, Shop App, 3PD) backend operations, including:
  • Testing of features
  • Migration projects
  • Create working solutions for business requirements
  • Rolling out new enhancements
  • Design playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOP) for new features
  • Creating and maintaining knowledgebase in RHQ Confluence pages
  • Support in handling BVTs from Platform COE enhancement and Service Delivery COE enhancement
