Ecommerce VA (Shopify CRO & Email)

We’re looking for a data-driven Shopify Growth Specialist who can optimize conversions, increase AOV, and drive revenue through CRO and retention strategies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Analyze Shopify analytics daily (traffic, CVR, AOV, bounce rate)
• Improve product descriptions with benefit-driven copy
• Optimize product page layout and structure
• Improve FAQs and trust badges
• Suggest urgency and promotional strategies
• Reduce cart abandonment

2️⃣ Email & Retention Optimization

• Manage email campaigns (Klaviyo or Shopify Email)
• Optimize abandoned cart and post-purchase flows
• Launch upsell and cross-sell campaigns
• Segment customers strategically
• Track open rate, CTR, and revenue attribution
