Economy Designer

As an Economy Designer, you will design and manage the in-game economy for live operated, free-to-play mobile games. You will work closely with Product Managers and Game Designers to ensure that long term player progression feels balanced, rewarding, and supports business goals and KPIs.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of successful work in games system design, economy design, tuning & balancing for free-to-play games

A BS/MS in economics, mathematics, statistics, computer engineering, or similar

Highly skilled at building economic models & simulations

Deep understanding of the F2P games market (trends, best practices, etc.)

Strong grasp on player motivations, game pacing, and fun factor

Excellent analytical, logical, and problem solving skills

Proficient in English, both written and verbal



WFH but must be available for meetings in Pasig/Makati/BGC area when needed.
