Ecosystem Growth Manager

Metrics Recruitment is partnering with a global blockchain infrastructure organization building open-source technology for next-generation financial markets. We are hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager (Europe) to drive real-world adoption of a high-performance Layer 1 network across the region.

This role focuses on accelerating tokenized asset use cases (including stablecoin payments and trade finance), supporting high-quality startups from ideation to mainnet, and strengthening relationships across fintech, TradFi, VCs, and ecosystem partners throughout Europe.
