Ecosystem Operations

(Job Responsibilities)
1. Be responsible for the ecosystem operations of Huawei Device in the South Africa market. Support and resolve issues including but not limited to strategy formulation and adjustment required for the continuous operation of the ecosystem, and optimization of consumer experience issues. Promote the implementation of cross-department strategies or solutions within the company to resolve problems;
2. Assist in consumer education and develop communication plans for ecosystem experience and new product launch (2C communication): coordinate the organization to provide ecosystem marketing solution packages, and collaborate with 6P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process) to update communication content across all touchpoints. Work together with retail, service, and foreign media to effectively educate consumers, and monitor public opinion and manage VOC effectively;
