Objective of the positionCoordination the engineering change execution and document control.Principal ActivitiesCoordinate the notification processes/ Release the engineering changes with the engineering changes check list.Assign the ECR number approved for interns engineering changes.Determines hours, organize and participate in engineering changes meetings.When it's necessary, follows the important dates with the other departments to complete the engineering changes checklist.Notifies to the responsible engineer and the right department management when a task couldn't get accomplished or it has been accomplished badly, getting into an accord with a corrective action.Gets the other affected departments and participants approval for any proposal change before the release of it (Drawings, AMEF, Routings, Specifications, Control Plans).
