edari: ServiceNow Engineer – Remote

We are looking to hire a ServiceNow Engineer – Remote who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable .

We are looking for a passionate ServiceNow Engineer who can lead platform enhancements and ensure ServiceNow is aligned with IT service management and business objectives. You should also have experience in developing custom applications, integrating third-party systems, and working with modules such as ITSM, and ITOM and ServiceNow Service Portal.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., Incident Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery).
