  1. To optimize collections on accounts outsourced by selecting, contracting, managing, and performance-optimizing external debt collection agencies.  






  1. The role ensures agencies deliver competitive results, adhere to regulatory standards (NCA, POPIA, FICA, Debt Collectors Act), protect the brand, and operate efficiently in line with the company’s collections strategy.
