Job Description

We are looking for an experienced EDI Support Engineer with strong hands-on knowledge of IBM Sterling Integrator (SI). The candidate should have experience in SI Mapping, basic understanding of SI Business Processes, and strong troubleshooting skills to support production environments.

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Integrator (SI)
• Strong knowledge of SI Mapping (Sterling Map Editor / GIS Mapping)
• Basic understanding of Sterling Integrator Business Processes (BPML)
• Strong troubleshooting skills on Business Processes (BP failures, service errors, routing issues)
• Experience in EDI transaction monitoring and issue resolution
• Knowledge of communication protocols: AS2, SFTP,...
