Editorial Assistant for Earth Science (Full Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Do physical checking, copyreading, and proofreading
2. Assist in coordinating with authors, coordinators, and outsource persons (editors, evaluators, layout artists, illustrators, among others), including other external and internal customers to keep with the production timetable
3. Monitor files, documents, manuscripts, and other pertinent materials to ensure smooth workflow
4. Assist in executing some editorial-production processes to hasten production

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in secondary education or any relevant course specializing in the sciences
• With specialization in Earth Science, Geology, or Meteorology
• With teaching experience in Elementary or Junior/Senior High School (preferred)
