Editorial Production Assistant

Proofreads, executes the design and layout for the page, inputs the revisions on pages under the supervision of the Section Editors and the Editorial Systems Head.

• College graduate preferably major in Journalism or Mass Communication and preferably with working knowledge of publishing tools such as Adobe InDesign
• 1 year experience as a proofreader
• 1 year training in production work in a publishing firm.
• Knowledge in Pagemaker, Photoshop, or any related pagination or editing software
• Knowledge in PDI Stylebook, Proofreading Skills, Layouting Skills
