EDM Machinist, Toolroom

Your Job We are looking for an experienced EDM Machinist to join our Toolroom team in Singapore. In this role, you will operate CNC EDM machines to fabricate high‑precision connector molds and die inserts, supporting both production needs and new tooling projects. Our Team You will be part of a skilled Toolroom team working closely with Tooling Development, Stamping, Molding, Engineering, Assembly, and Maintenance to deliver high‑quality tooling solutions that support manufacturing excellence. What You Will Do Operate various CNC EDM machines to fabricate precision connector molds, die inserts, jigs, and fixtures in accordance with engineering drawings Analyze designs and create electrode designs, jigs, and fixtures to support tooling and production requirements Develop, edit, and execute EDM programs using GF Charmilles, Sodick, and System 3R Work Manager Optimize machining strategies, power selection, and machine parameters to improve utilization, reduce downtime, and shorten process...
